Portrait of South African-born actor Basil Rathbone in 1965. Initially a theatre actor, Rathbone became best known for his series of Sherlock Holmes movies in the 1930's and 40's. He toured the country in the mid 1960's with his one-man show, "An Evening with Basil Rathbone". He died in 1967.
These archival photographic prints are made on acid-free,

paper. For each size, the edition is limited to 250 prints.
All prints are estate-stamped, signed, and numbered. All
