Studio portrait of French film director Claude Chabrol from September of 1970. Associated with the French New Wave, Chabrol was especially known for his mysteries and thrillers. In 1970, he had released both "The Butcher" and "The Break-Up" to critical acclaim.


These archival photographic prints are made on acid-free, double-weight, bright white Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper. For each size, the edition is limited to 250 prints. All prints are estate-stamped, signed, and numbered. All prints are available matted and framed in museum-quality 1-inch black frames. They are also available unframed. Unframed prints will ship within five business days and framed prints will ship within ten business days.
